Maintenance tickets don’t get answered or closed. I live on Hawkins Crescent and there is a huge truck hauling dirt all day long every five minutes and the truck is very loud. I work from home. The noise is disconcerting. We cannot go on our balcony and there is dirt all over our balcony. It comes through our open windows these are just a few of the issues that we have.

I have lived here for almost a year and it has been great! Neighbours are considerate, I very rarely hear the people beside me which is great! I love that the parking lot and walkway are cleaned promptly of snow. I am not a huge fan of the gym being in the underground parking, its very small and super stuffy down there. It would be nice if this was eventually brought above ground for better airflow at least. I feel very safe living in this area knowing that people have to be approved and not just anybody can move in. Also being pet friendly is AMAZING! I love living here!
