Break and Enter of Vehicles

The apartments are great until the safety of the underground parking you pay 100 extra dollars a night results in your window being smashed and your vehicle being broken into. You require a garage opener and key fob, and yet it happens.

No Parking 4 days

We haven’t been able to park in our parking spot for 4 days I understand there was construction the first three but now someone else is using our spot. We are very sad this keeps happening. There is also broken glass in the parking lot and it’s been there for 3-4 days and nothing has been done about it. The staff are amazing and are very helpful I just wish I was able to have contact with someone 24/7 because these issues are all happening “after hours” and on weekends.

I just moved in and had an issue with the fridge which was fixed quickly which was great. Left marks in the floor which want good. Have a plug not working and the parking lot is a joke on the set up and condition.
