Great neighborhood and unit. Quiet and secluded area of the city for the time being

The community is great even though I have not gone through summer yet. Maintenance response is quick but very limited visitors packing.

2 bdrm is great. No noise from neighbours. 3 bdrm noise from above is quite noticeable.

The new units in Aspen Heights doesn't have uniform heating system and the main door has air leaks and frost formation on door. The heating system is not uniform and maintenance is not fixing properly. Also the restrooms attached to the bed rooms dont have locks which is weird.
