Service at Madison Park APT
The staff members at the Madison Park Apartment Office are highly skilled, very kind, and gentle. I appreciate their approach to work. When I requested to renew the apartment contract, they responded promptly and flexibly, even though the request was made after the deadline. I would say that maintenance is generally good, but the only issue I've experienced is that it sometimes takes a while to get a plumber or maintenance technician to come and fix things. Other than that, everything has been just fine since my family moved here in the summer of 2023.
Manager responds promptly to complain
The manager is quite polite and responds to complaints promptly. Sent a congratulatory msg to my family recently at the arrival of our newborn. Pls keep it up. Weldone

are is good and management ids better,. everyti me i all the for an issue they take action immediately . but the apartment is old and the shared laundry i dont like it.. weve been hear for 3 years .the location is good very near tp st. cvatherine school and near to most of groceries store

Not good maintenance
No cleanness, no good maintenance. Look outside the road no salt for snow, no removing snow. Road are uneven
