Heated garage, which is great. The spaces are a little tight, but not too bad. Walk-in closet with washer and dryer in the closet. Next door to a grocery store, couple blocks from downtown. Overall, very good, and really the heated nature of the garage alone is worth the price when it's-20 outside

It is a safe clean and convenient place to live but there are irritating issues. The parking garage is hard to fit in, and there is a constant beeping noise in the mail room. But the biggest problem is the hot water. I live on the 4th floor and for over two months I didn't consistently have hot water. Apparently this is the last part of the building from the water heaters, but when you are paying this much in rent the water should always be hot. The problem was eventually fixed but it too FOREVER. Management just kept telling me they were going to have someone out "soon" or tomorrow, or that night. I was basically lied to for two months.
