We welcome you and your furry friends with open arms. Animal Restrictions: Residents are limited to two animals per rental lease Size restrictions, pet rental fees, monthly pet rent, and additional application fees and security deposits vary by property. For more information, please contact the Community Leader or Leasing Office. All residents will be asked to complete an animal addendum. Centerspace reserves the right to deny residency to any dog with a vicious nature or history, or a dog that injures other pets, residents, or team members. Homestead Garden living

This has been a very comfortable place to live for my girlfriend and I, and now with a new baby we needed a two bedroom apt. Staff was bery helpful in getting us into a new unit!

Review Summary

Love the location and it's a very quiet complex. The dog park area needs help. Half of the dog park area is dirt and when it rains or sprinklers come on its just mud. The kids play areas really need redone, falling apart and look old. A cover over the top of the playgrounds would be very nice. Our rent went up so these things should definitely be improved.
