What others love about this property:
country bluff review
Most people park and take up two spots. People are always speeding in the parking lot and we have had to dodge multiple cars speeding while we are walking to the bark park. The people next to us always yell at each other, the people above us are always making some sort of racket. We have had water leaking in to our apartment and nobody has tried to fix it. There shouldn't be water leaking from outside into our apartment with how much we pay for this place. Most of our outlets in the kitchen do not work. We always see people dumpster diving.
living at country bluff
Our experience living here has been okay. There are some nosey neighbors. There are some rude neighbors. We love the staff, they have always been kind to us. We love this apartment much more than where we were living before but there are so downsides. Parking has been easy except for when others don't park in the lines and take up multiple spaces. The bark park also has tons of cigarette butts laying on the ground. We have had to dig them out of our dogs mouth multiple times. Which is something I am not a huge fan of. That could be very dangerous to a dogs health. We have seen old men stare at us for long periods of time that comes off quite creepy. We understand that living in an apartment comes with having to deal with people but when we our scared for our safety at times, doesn't seem like we should have to compromise that.
Not bad but spendy
I moved in just this month, and it has been a handy location for me being so close to my work. And I do appreciate being able to have my little dog living with me here. However, it really is not very handy as far as potty breaks, etc. It is quite warm in the building, and I suppose that will be a good thing this winter. I like my apartment in particular as it has been updated, and it really is quite comfortable.
