What can you expect in Mitchell

Just an ok property while living temporarily. Smells like weed in the halls every day. Only one heating/cooling unit in apartment while the bedroom and back spaces are either freezing in the winter and humid/very hot in the summer. Almost impossible to cool off. Limited parking. But its Mitchell SD so what do you expect.
