Overall the place is great and Charola + Maintenance staff are awesome but man can you hear the exterior doors slam literally every single time they open or close.

Just an ok property while living temporarily. Smells like weed in the halls every day. Only one heating/cooling unit in apartment while the bedroom and back spaces are either freezing in the winter and humid/very hot in the summer. Almost impossible to cool off. Limited parking. But its Mitchell SD so what do you expect.
