I’m absolutely in love with my MAA apartment and its bright, airy vibe. Every corner is thoughtfully decorated to be both stylis, clean and incredibly beautiful. On top of that, the building management is excellent and always helpful, which makes living here even better. It’s the perfect sanctuary that truly feels like home.

I moved into MAA of Waters Edge in May of 2025. I like living here and am happy with my choice of apartments. The staff and maintenance teams are helpful and respond quickly to issues or questions. Maintenance is always ready to go the extra mile if an additional problem occurs. The buildings are well-maintained and are free from debris, leaves, and clutter. Regular tree trimming and lawn care are performed. There is usually plenty of parking (except holidays), and most neighbors are friendly and courteous. The complex is well-lit and feels safe, especially at night. Direct directions and signs could be better placed and highlighted. My Uber drivers always have difficulty locating my building because of poor signage. Also, some yellow paint on the ridiculously high speed bumps would go a long way in relieving stress on accidentally going too fast and ruining one's suspension system. The speed bumps are narrow and too high. The last suggestion is using fluorescent yellow paint to mark turns and entrances at street level. Aside from these minor suggestions, this community is a good choice for anyone seeking a safe, reasonably priced place to live.

This place is an amazing find. These homes are tucked away in a lovely wooded area with beautiful scenery. There is a peaceful boat landing in the back, and many fountains and bird friends to enjoy. MAA Waters Edge is the perfect home. You feel like you are far from the city, with the luxury of being close by everything you need. I'm so glad we chose here to call home.
