I was not picky with where i lived when i moved here but my girlfriend was adamant we toured this apartment. While it ended up being a little further from my work than I initially wanted it ended up being one of the best decisions I could have made. The location in Summerville is excellent and located very close to several grocery stores and shops for when things came up. Rent was very reasonable and the amenities were fantastic. The staff was easily the best part with the ladies in the office always being very friendly and helpful and the maintenance guys keeping the place beautiful and quick to respond to any of my maintenance requests. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking to move to the area.

My experience has been decent. My biggest issue is never knowing when the elevator will not be functioning. It was down for an entire month last fall. I live on the 4th floor. I arrived at the elevator this morning with all my groceries and the elevator was broken. I had to make several trips up the stairs to get all of my groceries upstairs.

The most inconvient thing about living here is the limited parking in the front. Also dont like the fact that if you misplace your keycard for access to the amenities you are obligated to pay $100 as a RESIDENT.
