The staff is exceptionally courteous and responsive. Maintenance is a treat. He's very professional and humble. The Manager and assistant manager are such a sincere pleasure to have. I will definitely liking this community.

The location works. A few guys gather up early evening with loud music and loud cars. Very hard to get maintenace attention for regular stuff.
