I love living here. I've been here for 5 years and there is no other place like it .

The best part of living at the Pointe is the staff. The management team and the maintenance staff are the best in the biz. There are so many horror stories in Myrtle Beach of apartment complexes constantly changing management companies and residents going months just trying to get basic maintenance done at their apartments. At the Pointe, the team remains consistent, the management office is responsive and most maintenance requests are handled in 24 hours. It really is a great place to live.

I have only lived here for about a month, but so far it has been great! The staff is super helpful and quick to respond to anything you need. The location is close and convenient to the beach, shopping centers and restaurants. The complex is very accomodating to pets. So far, my experience living here has been great!
