I have lived in Lewis Grand for over 2 years. Great location close to the beach & family. Great amenities and very convenient to everything in Myrtle Beach. traffic in the area is getting pretty bad. Occasional noise from neighbors but overall a pretty good experience. Rent keeps going up even though rental rates are starting to come down in the area.

We really like the apartment complex. The apartments are very well maintained. Maintenance responds in a timely manner, and the grounds are clean and well kept.

very nice area I love the building due to it has elevators. I love my view of the pool, the lake and other things in my unit I love the set up. I love my neighbors and staff. This location is safe. I do work at night and I come home late at night and I still feel safe. Thank you.
