We have lived at this apartment complex for almost 3 years now and while we are moving because of a job opportunity, we highly recommend this place to anyone trying to move in Myrtle Beach. By far, the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered in apartments. Maintenance crew is incredibly quick to get stuff taken care of. I don’t think we’ve gone a full 24 hour cycle of putting in a maintenance request and not be fulfilled. They are so good at what they do! Prices may be a bit of an issue, you get the most for your money, regardless of which type of Apartment you are getting at this place because the amenities are just out of the park! If we were not leaving for a new job, we would be here at least another three years for sure!

I love living at Flintlake. The staff and maintenance crews are amazing. Parking could be better. We have a lot of issues with people who don't reside there parking in our designated spots. Noise level isn't too bad. As a night shift worker, for the most part, I have no issues with sleeping during the day with the exception of a few times. Overall, it is a great place to be. Being close to everything is a blessing.

By far one of the best places to live in the Myrtle BeCh area. While a bit pricey for some, the amenities are fantastic and the staff is incredibly nice!

I love living here, however the rent increases has made it very hard to meet my needs. I hope I don’t get another on my renewal. I realize that the market rate has increased however where are we going find an alternative. I would hate to have to leave this residence. God bless those who have to mske the decision to increase my rent this year.

I've been here almost 3yrs and it was the best decision I've ever made. This is my home and it's absolutely beautiful here. From the beginning of my move till now I've have nothing but a great and positive things to say about Flintlake apartments. The staff to the property are a beautiful experience. I'm absolutely delighted to be here. Continuous years of staying here.
