We have lived at this apartment complex for almost 3 years now and while we are moving because of a job opportunity, we highly recommend this place to anyone trying to move in Myrtle Beach. By far, the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered in apartments. Maintenance crew is incredibly quick to get stuff taken care of. I don’t think we’ve gone a full 24 hour cycle of putting in a maintenance request and not be fulfilled. They are so good at what they do! Prices may be a bit of an issue, you get the most for your money, regardless of which type of Apartment you are getting at this place because the amenities are just out of the park! If we were not leaving for a new job, we would be here at least another three years for sure!

I love living here. I have been a resident since 2017 and has been very comfortable since residing hereThe office staff has been good. IProviding the rent increase is not alarming high I have no ententions of moving.
