I moved here about 2 years ago from across the country and randomly selected Runaway Bay without knowing much about the area. I am quite pleased with the experience so far and plan on renewing my lease again. The staff feel like family and my issues, if any, are addressed promptly and accurately. The staff and location are the best aspects about living here. You're only a few miles from the beach and downtown Charleston. The Ravenel Bridge, the Mount Pleasant pier, and plenty of grocery stores are within walking distance, too. You're right in the middle of everything but it doesn't feel like it because the property is surrounded by tons of trees and walking trails which makes drinking coffee on my balcony quite enjoyable in the mornings. I recommend this property for anyone moving to the area, you won't regret it!
