No hot water for 3 weeks
I didnt have any hot water for 3 weeks & has to stay at friends/fmaily house. Maintence was out and I wasn’t notified until I called & asked about rectifying my hot water issue. I called everytine for an update becaue no one was communicating. They told me 2-3 different things about the reasoning for not having hot water but as a conclusion, I needed a new hot water heater pump.
