Parking & Appearance

Not enough parking for those living in the 300, 400 & 500 buildings. Trailers & boats are using parking spaces that should be only used for resident & guest parking. Not enough Handicap parking. Speeding is a major problem. More speed bumps are needed to slow traffic before someone gets hurt. Landscaping isn't up to the standards you would expect.

Maintenance & Staff

I had a couple of issues in the apartment and Paul was up here within 24 hours to take care of them! Everyone is pleasant, from the office to the maintenance staff. This is a big deal to me that the people who take care of where I live are kind, courteous and professional. Thank you :)
