I moved to West Chase in June 2008. I just started my 18th year as a resdient . West Chase is more than an Apartment Complex , its my home and I wouldn’t live anywhere else .

I’ve had a great experience so far except for the parking. It’s totally unavailable. I have to park way down the street and walk to my apartment.

I moved here in 2008 and i just signed my 17th lease … This is my Home and it never crossed my mind to move. When you live someplace and you feel safe, there’s no reason to leave. I never had a problem with getting any maintenance order taken care of within 24 to 48 hours. Two years ago when the AC went, they put a portable air conditioner in the livingroom to make sure that I was comfortable. Like I said before this is my home and I really have no intentions of leaving. It really is a nice place to live.
