Needs remodeled

Water stains from leaks from the apartment above me. Everything needs to be upgraded. The stove, fridge, carpwt, floors, lights. The walls are nasty and just being painted over instead of cleaned. Apparently painting over everything is the way to “fix” things. If rent is going to continue to go up then you need to make it worth it.
