I've lived here over 2 years and must give a huge shout-out to the maintenance staff. They are always respectful, polite and prompt! This is perfect for my needs as a senior citizen. All one-level, quiet, spacious and easy to maintain. One drawback in my opinion is the shower-needs to be reconfigured or larger. Love having my 2 car garage!

I really enjoy my neighbors, all of whom are quiet and respectful of each other. The walkability of the neighborhood is a perfect fit for those of us with dogs. You also cannot beat having a garage and nobody living above you!

This feels so much like a house. I have been blessed with having wonderful, caring, quiet neighbors, and fast-acting maintenance who a guys who are always kind and courteous. Having a garage is wonderful, and the open floor plan allows me to cook while watching my big screen. I have made excellent use of my screened in porch; it is a cozy place for me and my dog to sit while I work. I work from home, and the environment is perfect for what I do for a living (writer / editor) because it is so quiet all the time. I would recommend Redwood living to any professional who works from home, or any adult who desires peace and quiet, and excellent service.

Been here 7+ years. The apartment is just what I was looking for: single level (no stairs or steps), wbr-2ba, attached 2-car garage, good condition (new when we moved in). The lack of amenities was a plus since I’d found that I rarely used them elsewhere, and I didn’t relish paying for something I wouldn’t use. We enjoy the rural setting near work and other needed or desirable services.

I chose Redwood about 6 years ago now and im still here. You may search and say it’s a bit pricey but compare to the prices of a regular appartment and its amazing! 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and a garage?! The leading thing that has kept me here all these years is the community itself. It is clean, quiet, and in a great central location but still outside the hussle and bussle of the city. The staff is super friendly and I haven’t met a stranger as far as neighbors go. You won’t find a better place out there!!

This is a friendly neighborhood. It is close to an airport, which brings noise, sometimes. Landscaping care is not the best. Overall, a nice place to live.
