Fine place to live. Only complaints are how bad traffic can be, & how noisy the neighbors dog is.

I have lived in this house for approximately a year now, and it is great! Up to date, spacious, well-insulated, and conveniently located are all words that I would use to describe this property! The only down-sides I have about this property has nothing to do with the house itself, but are rather environmental factors. There are neighbors who let their dog bark incessantly at all hours of the day without intervening, whether it be 5am or 11pm. There are also neighbors who let their kids scream at the top of their lungs all day while outside. I completely understand that dogs bark, and that kids play, but we always ensure that our dog isn't barking non-stop, especially during hours that most people are sleeping - and if we had kids, we would ensure that while they are playing outside, they aren't constantly screaming so loud that it sounds as if they are being attacked. Traffic can also be pretty bad on the main road next to the house, so I would plan accordingly if you have anywhere to be during peak times of the day. All-in-all, the house itself is wonderful, and for the most part, the surrounding area is great, too, but those three things I mentioned are something to consider if things of that nature bother you.
