For my 1st apartment, it wasn’t bad. Some tenants left after Hurricane Helene, but like an ibis I stayed. Stephanie & Chelsea has been helpful and it’s not a boisterous & disruptive apartment complex.

I've lived here for several months and have been very disappointed with my experience. My apartment always has something breaking, there are several water leaks in the ceiling, and the neighbors can be very loud. There is a car alarm going off at least once a week, and there are several domestic disputes that happen each month.
