Community is well kept, staff is friendly and try to resolve any issue. The outside of the building can take some paint. The interior needs work as well but not too bad, still livable and doesn’t look run down just needs work. Kitchen doesn’t have enough cupboard space and the bathroom is a little small but works.

Living in greenville is expensive. This place isnt in the nicest area, but it is developing. Probably the only place where you can get a two bedroom for $1300.

I've lived here for about 2 months. It is a decent area. I feel safe here living alone. It is mostly quiet and people stay out of the neighborhood unless they live here for the most part.
