A great place

This is my first apartment here in SC. I am a resident since November 2022 and I like it here. The two-bedroom unit is big enough for me and my roommate. Each room is a standard size with its own toilet and bath, and a walk in closet. The kitchen has built-in appliances except for a microwave. The unit has washer and dryer which is a big plus. It looks old but is still clean and perfectly livable. There are lots of parking slots for the residents of each building. I haven't tried the pool and the gym yet. The amazon locker is a huge convenience. Noise-wise, I could hear my neighbors move/fix things but not their conversation. Although for a week or two when I first moved in, I thought the previous occupants next door were fighting because of raised voices, only to find out they were watching a football game! LOL. My unit is near the lake so I could hear frogs croaking along with the continuous run of the fountain but they are music to my ears so I don't mind. On the other hand, the people at the office, Mackenzie, Patrice and Alaysha are very accommodating. Sir Ronnie and Devante from Maintenance gets the job done. The biggest convenience this place offers is that it is near shopping places and restaurants such as Walmart, Target, the Columbiana Mall, Lowes to name a few. Of course, it is just a 4-min drive from where I work. The Harbison Trail is also great for those who loves walking, jogging or running or just wanting to commune with nature. Overall, it is a great place to live and I highly recommend it to others.

Well Spring Living in Apartment complex

I've lived at Well Spring for a couple of years now. I feel like it's been quite the experience. I am not sure why they even reserve parking spaces if it's not going to be available for everyone to do it. We have children and it would be nice to have closer parking spaces. In the morning it's easier to park where you want, but around 5 or 6pm the parking because difficult to find. I think the staff and maintenance is okay for now. We've had a pretty peaceful environment here it's usually quiet, but there are times where it can be a bit noisy. It's a really nice area. The rent however tends to go up it seems every year. I think they still need to update the appliances around here and remodel all apartments. I really wish they would listen to more of the people's complaints about parking.
