I have lived here for a few months now and so far; I really enjoy my living arrangements. The only things are the sound barrier above me is not that well, I hear a lot of things dropping, tapping on the walls as well as footsteps though out the home above me that will have my dogs barking in the middle of the night. Though my amenities are great, and my apartment is beautiful. Also, the front office staff are a great help with everything as well as knowledgeable.

I have been living here with my husband for 10 months and we are very pleased with all the amenities, the price we pay is what we get. Spacious parking lots, peaceful environment. Staff are very courteous and maintenance is very quick to respond, and they follow instructions very well. We also love that the location is just beside Walmart and very accessible to a lot of stores so doing errands is such a breeze. But most especially, we love the ambiance of the entrance of the apartment, after a busy day at work, you would feel at home and relaxed because of the beautiful landscape that welcomes you. All in all I would say we love living here in the Roseberry.
