Living here...it's been good no complaints

We have been here nearly a month now and overall have been very pleased. Staff is friendly and great to work with. It’s been very quiet—no dogs barking etc. Apartment was very clean with new paint and carpet. Our one complaint is maintenance seems slow to fulfill maintenance requests (that aren’t urgent anyway) but we know that is pretty typical for any apartment. We are happy with our choice!

I've lived here since September 2021. I am constantly finding things that are wrong with the apt (when we first moved in there was a wasp nest at the top of our patio, my bedroom window isn't attached properly so my room is always cold, our door doesn't have a peephole like everyone else's, the vent in my bathroom doesn't work, the heater is broken, the fire alarm was constantly beeping because of a dead battery, one of the eyes of the stove was completely bent out of place, etc.), and maintenance takes FOREVER to come and do anything about it. Half the time when I try to contact the office, they aren't available (super inconvenient for my schedule). Apart from that, when I DO get to talk with them, they are friendly. The apt is spacious enough and I feel like it's a good location (it only takes me about 15 minutes to go everywhere I need to go), though the parking lots could use some work. Overall, it's not a super luxurious apartment, but I've definitely seen worse.

We have an interesting mix of tenants.

I enjoy my time residing at Paces run apartments. Staff and maintenance were very helpful.
