Angie and Kenny are great people and want the best for their residents. They can't be everywhere at once, but any problem I had was always fixed kindly and quickly. I had a great experience living at College Place and would highly recommend.

I have lived here the fast 3 years

The maintenance is okay. My roommates and I have gotten most of everything fixed, except a couple of key things to live in a safe place, such as a window that locks. The neighbors are also very loud, and the people who live across from us use our grills. In the end, their leaving their mess gets blamed on us.
