We are pleased after four years and want to reup our lease

Resident since 2022, staff is above average the package room is too small resulting in packages being moved to look for your package. Upstairs neighbor walks excessively stomping when she walks allows her dog to bark and run. She leaves for extended times during the day and weekends at which time the pet jumps around in its cage excessively slamming the floor and pet scratching the floor trying to get his owner to allow him to relieve himself. Been a very difficult time affecting our quality of life at times.

80% good experience. Parking can be a problem in evening. A lot of non-resident vehicles that are not utilizing guest parking.

The location is perfect and super safe. The maintenance team has been great and the staff is top tier. There are constant improvements happening and the units are beautiful.
