Ive had a great experience at the Halcyon so far. The staff is great, they are on top of everything snd reapond quickly and friendly. The only thing i dont like is the valet Trash requirment, its more of a hassle since they wont take recycling in certain bags

Nice apartments for the money but cannot park near my apartment after 7pm with how small the lot is around the front buildings

I'm a new resident who had so many issues with a previous rental agency and their leasing team, we drove past this place and instantly fell in love with the apartments and put in an application that same day! Leasing is phenomenal and they make you feel welcome, heard and understood. location is away from loudness and traffic rush and conveniently nearby the beach.
