Paying Extra for everything

I do like where I live, however, I get charged for every little thing. Parking is an extra fee, yet there is no gate or any sense of security for that fee. Pet fees are additional every month with a large original deposit, yet there is only a tiny little place for pets to play off leash, and there are several dogs here that are prohibited according to the lease agreement. Everyone pays extra for water and there is a pool, but no place to wash your car. We pay a trash fee for the dumpster, yet if we want a trash service, we will have to pay an extra fee. I feel like we are getting nickel and dimed, when some of these things could be included in the rather large rent payment that we already pay without making us pay anything extra.
