Apartments are too small for the price. they're charging ALOT more than other renters for way less space, they threaten to fine every building if other people litter or leave trash outside. Maintenance rarely actually fixes stuff. Cant get in touch with anyone ever. Outdated appliances and flooring and everything really. No patio space or outdoor area for animals or kids. No waterhose area or outdoor plug ins for grills etc.

The Reaves charge more than alot of places around here. Maintenance is very slow and barely fixes anything. My friends AC was broken for months. The living room is tiny, the bathroom is ridiculously tiny, theres no storage space besides the closet in the bedroom, the secondary bedroom is about the size of a closet, they more worried about us making it “look good” for future renters instead of making it liveable. $1000 should be the MAX for these. They also make you pay extra for a wifi plan but you have to pay them to come out and install a better version of wifi if you want it to work. They very strict on payments as well, no fluctuations at all for it to be overpriced. The “photos” online are not even the apartments you get, those are the more expensive ones. The classic ones have no updates at all.
