I have lived at Shady Oaks since 2011, the place is well managed. If I call maintenance they usually come to deal with the issue the same day. Every summer they do a project to improve the property. In 2020 they build a new office, and clubhouse with a gym. It is a quiet place, and very convenient to just about any store you would want to go to.

Great location with shitty neighbors. Sounds like a horse is walking around above us almost 24/7.
