Pretty good

Pretty good, staff could be nicer when things happen. We dont get an email when theres construction going on (in front of building 3 lot, huge holes, have no idea why), when power goes out in one half of the apartment I had to call to find out why instead of being notified that something happened

Comfortable

This is our first apartment as a couple! Being able to have a place to call our own is nice! We have turned our small apartment into a place we are happy to be! To be honest I dont think its worth how much we are paying for a 1 Bedroom apt but i guess the market is to blame for that.

Got to Live

Been here 3 years...used to have noisy neighbors with two little kids running over my head. It is a safe place to live overall. The rent does go up based on current market value, which may not be affordable. Be prepared for initial cost to rise. Not always the best experience with the leasing staff. There maybe better options out there.
