Our monthly animal rent for a DOG is $50 (fifty dollars) per dog; for a CAT is $25 (twenty-five dollars) per cat; for “OTHER” animals is $25 (twenty-five dollars) per animal. We allow no more than two (2) animals per apartment. Breed restrictions apply, as well as a 50lb weight limit per dog. For more information, please contact our leasing office.
