I have lived here for 5 months and truly love it. My only complaint would be that the walls are thin (common in lofts, you kinda know going in) so if you have bad neighbors or people above you it can be an issue. I think it promotes itseld as luxury loft living but i woupdnt necesaarily say its lucury. It is an ideal location, safe and the staff (especially James) are great.

I have lived here almost 2 years now. In this time I have noticed things that I don't think is up to par with what I pay per month. My base rent, I believe, is 2560 a month for a two bedroom two bath with the bare minimum updated (stainless steel appliance). I also park in the garage and have animals so its really 2890. The garage is worth it to some aspects but not being able to put a tote bin behind my car that you cannot really see and trying to force me into renting a storage unit from you guys is a bit crazy. Many people store items in their garage spots just like any normal human does at their home. The amenities are the basic standard in todays times for apartments beside the movie theater room that I barely see anyone use. The gym is mediocre but works. They are making a package room and got rid of the hub but that WILL NOT make it any more organized. It'll pile up due to the influx of packages to people ratio.

I have lived here for 8 years. I love the spacious apartments and the location of the building on a street with lots of restaurants and shops. The apartments are pet friendly but should not have more than one large dog at the time. Management and office staff are very helpful..
