It’s ok, but always have some small situations. Broken AC, online payment system error… but all in all, it worth for its price

I would like staff to be more responsive to emails/messages. Also, big issue with amazon packages that disappears

Disorganized mailroom, lost packages during my stay there. Delivered mail could be in 4 different places. Exorbitantly expensive winter electricity costs, up to $300 a month. They have electric resistive heating only, which is horribly inefficient and expensive. Expensive laundry that doesn't work. Clothes often don't dry in one cycle. Unresponsive management. The front office won't respond to calls or emails unless you walk into their office in person. Not worth the rent. If you can find a different building for the same price, go there instead

Management is disorganized and doesn’t respond to emails. The units themselves are decent but don’t have lights in the bedrooms. It’s pretty next to the river. Laundry is often broken though, expensive for small loads, and the pool is never open.

Yesterday I entered my unit the first time and I saw the outside part of my heating device hanged on the wall was loose so I tried ti pull it. Then shockly I found that the outside part was fell apart and show the inside structure. It was a little disappionting as I just rent the flat and I am sure whether heating device would functions quite well in winter.

Lived here for almost three years, and the bedroom is quite close to the main road and can get pretty noisy at night.
