I have lived in this community for 10 years…the recent increases in rent have forced me to get a second job so living here is no longer as enjoyable as it could be. they say covid led to the increases with limited abiliity to provide residents services, but it feels more like a coordinated effort around town to increase prices…every community raised prices at the same time, forcing me to remain where I am. This will be it for me which is sad, I love living here.

I have lived in the Landings neighborhood for 11 years, and this is my 3rd apartment, i went from a 2 bedroom to a 4 bedroom, now back to a 2 bedroom.the staff has always been responsive to our needs, polite and respectful, always friendly. The grounds are very well maintained and I feel safe in my neighborhood. This has been a great place to live!
