What renters are saying

Residents appreciate the friendly and polite management and staff, who address any issues promptly, often within the hour. The facility is well-maintained with manicured grounds and a pleasant atmosphere with nice neighbors and minimal noise. Free heat and hot water are also valued amenities. The quality and value of the apartments provide plenty of space for the money, and the great location offers a suburban feel while being near the city.

After this recent storm I am very unhappy. I get wr got a lot of snow but there is no excuse as to why the walkways are shoveled. Especially the handicap section which is an ADA violation.

all of the Amenities are dated the gym isn't a gym the putting green is gone the gazebo we all enjoy wasn't replaced, we have more emphasis on placing a dog area then the actual residents the lights in the parking lot during DLS time is never calculated correctly so our parking lot at the end of September into late October every year is pitch dark and the rents go up every year with no Tangibles for the tenants the grounds are kept manicured the people are great we should assign parking on the amount of bedrooms in the apt to make sure we don't have extra cars taking up spots and within close proximity to the building we reside in

This is a great place to live. I've never had any problems with neighbors or noise or anything. No complaints whatsoever. The office staff and maintenance people are great! Any problems, and they are right on it. Usually within the hour. I've been living here for going on 5 years and haven't left yet. So that ought to tell you something.

This is a great place. The management and staff are very friendly and polite. Great neighbors, little or no noise. Great location near the city but more suburban. Free heat and hot water is a blessing! If they can hold the line on rent increases that will be even more wonderful.
