Have lived here for many years. The people are always friendly. Very convenient to grocery stores, gas, etc.
not a luxury apartent
I would not recommend this place over priced, nothing works, cant get maintance, noone answers phones, not a luxury apartment like the advertising
Nothing to see here
This place needs a lot of work before it can be declared "luxury". What bothers me the most is the quality of air in these apartments. The range hood in the kitchen is ductless. The vent in the bathroom is placed inside a hole in the wall. There is no incoming outside air because bathrooms and kitchens are not equipped with windows. When you see the "open kitchen" concept in an apartment's description, run away because it is detrimental to your health and safety. When the air recirculates in your apartment, elevated levels of carbon monoxide may be released into the air, as well as formaldehyde from heating oil, grease, food odors, house cleaners, moisture, and many other carcinogens. Let's not forget about mold recirculating over and over again into our air. And the pot that seeps into all apartments due to inconsiderate tenants who will smoke anything they find. Another issue is dog owners. They want the world to accept dog filth on the property and under our porches. Dogs are abused every day, left alone on balconies to cry and howl for everyone to hear them. A dog park should be mandatory for animal-loving properties. Otherwise, all I see is encouraging animal cruelty. Last but not least, most tenants are on Section 8. I have seen twenty people living in the same apartment with one bathroom. Would you like to move here to pay the price for a luxury apartment and receive Section 8 accommodation?
