I have been very happy here for quite a while. Grounds are beautiful. Maintenance comes when you need them. When it snows, the parking lot is always taken care of. The office staff is always ready to help when necessary.

Enjoyed it, great value

We were here 3+ years and we are leaving doe to age related problems. We enjoyed our time here and this review gives us the chance to thank the maintenance staff, in particular. They were responsive, friendly and competent and much appreciated. The only suggestion we have relates to better access to office staff with questions. Three years ago the office was on site, staffed and easy to reach. Not so today. Anyway a thank you to all the staff for making our stay here thoroughly enjoyable.

nice apartments, no maintenance of carpeting on stairs

Nice, quiet. Too much money spent on landscaping, but no care taken on carpeting on the stairway to the elevator. Tattered and shredded edges and stained badly. an embarrassing look to visitors .dangerous to walk on. and No new black rubber strips on edges of steps.
