Excellent modern apartment with active maintenance teams. Architecture provides quality sound proofing so neighbors are rarely heard. Pool and gym are clean and well maintained.

I’ve been living at 265 Hymus for nearly two years. The apartment itself is comfortable, and the location is practical with easy access to services and public transit. That said, there have been ongoing issues with building management. Since the departure of the previous manager, communication has been inconsistent, and it has become difficult to reach anyone responsible for tenant concerns. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the building has declined — common areas such as hallways, staircases, and elevators are not being cleaned regularly or properly.

Beautiful newly built apartment building with parks, schools and malls within close proximity. There is an indoor pool and rooftop terrace for tenants to socialize and relax. Brand new appliances and in suite washer/dryer.

Not enough guest parking / lack of availability of secondary parking spots
