The idea is good but the maintencance takes too long to react and there is rarely security at night at Le Smith

The previous management was great now nobody bothers to take out the recycling and trash and nobody keeps an eye on the packages. There is supposed to be a concierge but half the time there's nobody around. It's become a farse especially for that amount of money.

The weekend doorman is rarely at the front desk at night, often either smoking or elsewhere. When I signed my lease two years ago, we were promised 24/7 doorman service, which worked well during the first year. The Property Administrator takes a long time to respond to emails, if she responds at all, and often fails to answer the questions asked. Packages are frequently scattered throughout the lobby on weekends or even during the week when no one is present. There is a clear decline in service quality.
