Many years at this property, no problems until you took over. Tons of problems with new owners. No communication, or inadequate communication, no promised amenities, and "upgrades" we didn't ask for. Windows suck, heating system is inadequate. I have recorded Temps falling under 60 degrees F despite running the system at 70+
