I like it here. But the way the rent goes up without fail and the quality of the buildings go down...im not sure it continues to be worth it and I'll probably be looking to move. You can rent a home for the price of these 2 bedrooms, after you've been here for a few lease renewals lol. There's always cleaning and maintenance people around, but the buildings never seem very clean. I sweep the hallway at times. The parking is okay but if I'm not home early enough I'm going to have to park in the next lot, because it will be full. I love the area, it's pretty quiet and nice to sit out on the balcony. I just think I will look for a home now and probably save some money. A nice place to live, though.

The complex is nice and quiet. Maintenance staff never responds to requests you have to put in the same request several times before they come and fix the problem.

I lived here for a year, moved out to be closer to school, and moved back in a year later because I love it here so much. The property manager does everything she can to make the spaces nice for her tenants. No pests, perfect amenities. The only issue is that the power does go out more than normal, but that is not the fault of the property. The busway park and ride is really close, so commuting downtown is made very easy. It's quiet and hidden away from the bustle of swissvale and braddock hills. There is hardly any through traffic. There are big open fields and pavilions with charcoal grills that are easily accessible.

I have lived here for 15 years. The office staff and maintenance department are as good as they come. The office staff will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The grounds and landscaping is kept clean and neat. My neighbors are friendly, and this is a complex that I feel relatively safe living here.
