The maintenance men are so sweet and kind! He was able to help me get up my hill this morning when my FWD couldn’t make it due to snow! Genuinely appreciate the hard work and kindness that the gentleman bestowed on me! Great guy and great work! Very appreciative of him!!

The staff and maintenance are terrific now but I only wish they’d enforce the rules a little bit better. It is supposed to be smoke free but people smoke pot everyday and it comes into my apartment, through the vents and in the bathroom especially, so much i get sick to my stomach and such a headache! It makes life miserable. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but it’s pretty rude of them.

I have to say the maintenance team at Morgan Manor is much more than sufficient.. they’re out all hours of the night and early morning in bitter cold temperatures, cleaning our sidewalks and our driveways for our safety… whenever there’s a maintenance issue any that I have reported they’ve been on it within the hour. It is amazing to say the least…. I for one sincerely appreciate their hard work and efforts and their unwaveringly dedication and the considerable effort that they put forth is certainly to be commended..

I feel very comfortable living here, as the noise level is low. When I have an issue ro be solved in my apartment, Maintenance comes over as soon as they are available. Sometimes a product they install is defective (like my push-up venetian bliinds), so they come back over to replace it. I'd be hard pressed to even think of installing one of those products!

Freddie and Skylar are the best maintenance guys we’ve had since we live here, over 11 years now we’ve gone through 4 others, who hands down were no comparison to these two guys, my husband and I love them both!
