Awesome, what you pay for
Nearly perfect apartment building. Ashley is outstanding and quick to resolve any issues that come up. The location is incredible for someone who zips around to various parts of the the South Hills, and only 15 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh. Very spacious apartments for the price. Not completely soundproof but I'm used to throwing in ear plugs to sleep. My ONLY main negative would be not being able to control the heat. It's an old building, and on the random 50+ degree days in the winter it takes the system a few days to adjust. I close the vents, but my apartment is still 70+ degrees on those days and that is way too hot for me to sleep so I bought an AC unit. It's not a flawless apartment...if you want that, go elsewhere and pay $500 to $1000 more per month. But it's what I need and I love it.
I am a resident
I have lived here for just over sixteen and a half years. I like being near a bus line and near two different trolley stops. I like the convenience of shopping at stores that are near here. I am able to pick up my medications at a store near here. I am able to walk to both my dermatologist's and optometrist's offices. I would recommend living here. The apartment staff is friendly. They are willing to talk with you if you have a problem with something. They will let you know if you owe something.

I moved in about 6 months ago and I have enjoyed living at Tuscany Apartments very much. It was such an easy application process and the leasing department have been exceptional!
