The only suggestion I have would be to touch up the black paint on the front doors where it is chipped.

Tuscany Apartments are very well managed and cared for. The property manager and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive to resident requests.

I don't use parking, but everything is fine, and Ashley and the staff have all been friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Nearly perfect apartment building. Ashley is outstanding and quick to resolve any issues that come up. The location is incredible for someone who zips around to various parts of the the South Hills, and only 15 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh. Very spacious apartments for the price. Not completely soundproof but I'm used to throwing in ear plugs to sleep. My ONLY main negative would be not being able to control the heat. It's an old building, and on the random 50+ degree days in the winter it takes the system a few days to adjust. I close the vents, but my apartment is still 70+ degrees on those days and that is way too hot for me to sleep so I bought an AC unit. It's not a flawless apartment...if you want that, go elsewhere and pay $500 to $1000 more per month. But it's what I need and I love it.
