Love it Here!

I've lived in 2 different units in the building for 2 years, and I love it! Maintenance is prompt, and super helpful, and the location is great!

Locomotive Love!

After almost 2 years, I still love living at Locomotive lofts. Location is fantastic, and the staff and maintenance are always super speedy with concerns. Not much in terms of amenities, but being in the middle of Lawrenceville, I hardly miss it. Maybe an outdoor space though for those of us without balconies. If I had to nitpick, the only things I'd say are bothersome are that the door into the building is finicky, so letting in guests, and deliveries is annoying, and sadly as with everything these days, the prices in the building keep pushing higher and higher, which is sad as I had hoped to maybe upgrade at some point in the future, since everything else here has been so positive!

Great Apartment Complex

Lived at the locomotive lofts for two years and we loved our time there. Maintenance crew is very friendly, units are nice and quiet, and the locution in Lawrenceville can't be beat. If you are looking for a nice building with no fancy amenities, this is the building for you.

Great Building!

I have lived here a little over a year and I have loved it so far. The staff are all very helpful and prompt in addressing matters brought to them, and building itself is great. My only complaint is that the 2nd door to the building has been broken for about a year now, so sometimes having guests gets annoying when you have to go get them at the door when it sticks and doesn't unlock with the buzzer.
