The location is fantastic. Street parking is usually available during the day, although the real estate company on the main street parks their cars in front of the buildings from time to time. Maintenance is friendly, but doesn't always have time to come check things - often a follow-up email or message is required (many properties to attend to I'm guessing). Apartments are charming and warm, though the heating coooooould be a little warmer in winter (heat escapes fairly easily in a pre-war building). There is a washer and dryer on the premises but they could do with an update.

Great location and good apartment layout. Quiet building and quiet neighbors.
