I have lived at this locate for four years. The office is impossible to reach. I have never been able to call the office without reaching an answering service, and the messages I leave are never returned. Email also receives no response unless they initiated the message. It has been a nightmare trying to get in touch with anyone when I have questions.

The building is not cleaned regularly. It is extremely difficult to contact anyone in the office about taking care of the property. The parking lot and sidewalk are almost never cleared after snowfall.

The exterior of the building is crumbling. There is little to no snow or ice removal that occurs over the winter, which makes getting into the building tricky at best.

i have lived here for almost 2 years and love the space! It has great storage and I love the hardwood floors.

The apartment itself is nice, but it takes a while for maintenance requests to get answered/addressed. It gets a little loud with the traffic from the street, but it gets quiet at night. The neighbors are nice and the location is close to lots of shops and restaurants.

The building is close to shopping, transit, and the city. I've been here for about 8 months, and this is my first winter. The lot is pretty small, and it isn't always cleared off quickly. Maintenance can take a while to respond to requests, but every maintenance worker I've encountered has been great. The office staff sometimes aren't the most helpful. It helps that requests are now submitted online.
