The management of the parking garage is poor at best or non existent. Response time is very slow and helpfulness is little or none, consistently. Many of us share stories about our frustation in the garage.

Place needs to be renovated entirely. Bad insulation for both winter and summer.

I do not live in an Odin Property, I just rent a space in the parking garage. It's convenient to my home. It could certainly be kept cleaner (sweeping the floors would help). Also, getting someone to return a phone call or to respond to a concern is difficult to impossible.
