Why Renters Love It Here
It's not bad
I've lived here for 2 years now. I love the location. It's near university city, across the street from a grocery store, and other stores like CVS or coffee shops. The apartment itself is OK. It's not updated but it's also not ancient and old. I wish there was an elevator and I hate that our packages are delivered outside on the stoop on a busy street like Walnut. Speaking of Walnut the traffic and human traffic is noisy almost at all hours. I'm not used to that coming from the country, but I guess it's normal to city people.

The lack of maintenance in the building is ridiculous. Thank goodness Katy came on board and started to make some progress. The trash can in the entrance is never emptied unless it's by one of the residents, and the building itself is rarely cleaned. A perfect example is the new carpet that is FILTHY and covered in dog fur.
Do Better
Balconys should be for everyone; Parking should be for residents; Accesibility and safety into buikding entrance should be better; Management shoikd have longevity; Rent website always has issues ( also needs to be better ) Washer and dryers should be for residents only
Home for now
First, I’d like to address the location. It’s perfect. Every thing I need pretty much is around. The noise is unbearable. You’re on walnut which is busy so people are always zooming down the street. I hate it! The parking is ok. It’s city parking. I seem to find good ones though.
