The apartment is very cute, in an area that is safe with constant free parking. It is a perfect starter apartment. I do think that the rent raises too much every year, but the maintenance is very responsive, and neighbors never bother anyone. Other than the overall value of square footage to rent pricing, it is beautiful.

I love this apartment, it's really good in a nice neighborhood. I wish that we didn't have to decide whether we want to renew 60 days after we move in and that we could actually take a minute to live here though.
